Capacity Building of all local private employment agencies to use e-services

The project involves developing tools for over 400 private employment agencies in Ethiopia, to use the electronic service application developed by eSystems Africa for the ministry of labour and social affairs. The eService application allows the ministry to fight the illegal immigration of Ethiopian to the middle east. The application has many modules including Airport control module that is used to identify overseas employees by simply swapping the passport using a barcode reader. A total of 800 are trained.
