E-Systems Africa developed the Ethiopian government national open data portal. The portal will be used by citizens, software developers, businesses, researchers, etc. to get government data and visualize online. Data will be published by government ministries, agencies, regions and city administrations. Metadata standard and a data classification scheme for publishing data was also prepared.

E-Systems Africa developed the Ethiopian government national cloud computing strategy and implementation roadmap. A government cloud with all features and functionalities was recommended for implementation to take place in 10 years. The G-cloud is expected to be used by all public institutions, non-governmental and private organizations.
